Autumn Equinox is a time for re-establishing balance and grounding after a potentially hasty (and abundant) start to the new year. During this time of equal day and night we can spend time honouring where we're at and the cycles of change finding their way into our macro and micro-cosms. Welcoming in regeneration and rest as the cooler months eventually settle in.
Enjoy an evening of soothing sounds, warm delicious cacao, and gentle practices to help you ground into the next cycle, nourish your body from the inside out, set intentions and build self-trust in your own process.
Practices will include an embodied acknowledgment of Country, nervous-system regulating (gentle) breath practices, mindfulness meditation, soft yoga asanas and somatic grounding with the use of yoga props, and nature based devotional cacao ceremony.

- ethically sourced and sustained ceremonial cacao prepared and served to you (will have small amounts of chilli & panela sugar, no dairy). You will be provided with cacao, you do not need to bring your own. Practice available to all humans who can get up and down from the floor with ease (and without assistance). However, if you are restricted to a chair you are still welcome to join us (please let me know in your registration details if this is you) and I can show you different poses to use in our yin section. Due to the digital nature of the replays, refunds are not available.
