4d/3n Womens Wilpena Weekend in Flinders Ranges, SA.

Retreat far away from busy life, and let the land move you back home to yourself. This weekend will leave you feeling connected, restored and transformed, with a deeper sense of place and belonging, on Country and in life.

The Wilpena Women's Weekend is an all-inclusive package that brings you all of their favourite things, combining luxurious and heated glamping safari tent accommodation, nourishing restaurant prepared meals, yoga, meditation, breathwork, bushwalking and cultural experiences on Adnyamathanha Country at the ancient Ikara - Flinders Ranges National Park.

Retreat groups are small and intimate, with women ranging from ages 18 to 65.

Desert yoga & hiking adventure

3d/2n Fleurieu Retreat, SA.

Imagine rolling into your cosy ocean-side abode on Friday night with a group of like-minded women waiting to welcome you with open arms. Imagine sharing cosy dinners and meals together, nights by the fireplace chatting away like you’ve known each other for lifetimes. Spend time in gentle regenerative yoga and breath practices that nourish your body, mind and soul. Practice building a sense of resilience through community, embodying resources to lean on, and restful activity to ground the body.

The Fleurieu Retreat combines all the good stuff, close to home - nourishing food, yoga, meditation, breathwork, bushwalking and cultural learning on Ngarrindjeri Country along the coast of the gorgeous Fleurieu Peninsula overlooking the Southern Ocean. This weekend will leave you feeling connected, restored and transformed, with a deeper sense of place and belonging, on Country and in life.

Ocean-side yoga & hiking adventure

2hr Walk, Wine & Wonder in the Adelaide Hills, SA.

A guided mindful nature journey.

Immerse yourself and nourish your body, mind & soul amongst the sights, sounds and smells of Mark Oliphant Conservation Park on a guided mindful nature journey.

Along the way, you will pause during your guided walk for gentle moments of mindful breathwork and yoga asanas that allow you to connect deeply with this beautiful land that we wander upon, the air that we breathe, and the abundant nature that surrounds us.

Afterwards, you are invited to join the optional wine tasting next door at Deviation Road winery; sampling a seasonal flight of cool climate wines from mature vineyard resources in the Adelaide Hills.

Join co – founders; Sarah Hayes and Elise Lavers, as they guide you on a two-hour mini-retreat, allowing you to sample what our longer “Active Rest Retreats” offer.

Groups are small and intimate with an optional wine tasting afterwards at Deviation Road Winery. Event is 2hrs.

90min Candlelit Yin, Meditation & Cacao Ceremony

Enjoy an evening of soothing sounds, warm delicious cacao, and gentle practices to help ground you into the busy season and nourish your body from the inside out. Practices will include an embodied acknowledgment of Country.
